Genus/Species: Nocomis biggatus
Sources: Wild harvested from rivers in Wisconsin, but efforts are currently underway by Gollon Brothers and others to culture this valuable species.

- May 1st through November 30th. Quantities are very limited.

- Very difficult baitfish to obtain, hence the most expensive.
- Will not tolerate low oxygen levels.
